Groovy Streakin'

I don't know if this is in the right category so please help me and correct me if it's wrong.

I have no idea how I came up with this.
It's a blue, groovy "thing" (alien?) that's streaking on the dance floor...
yeah..
i forgot from who i got that brush for the background but if you search on here for 70s/retro brushes he/she is the only person that has them so yeah...

i made him in photoshop.. hehe... 45 minutes yes i am lazy...
